Short answer
They are a record of his trades, not instructions for yours. By the time an alert reaches a member, the price has moved; the company does not and cannot measure what members earn following them; and the alerts reflect a portfolio that is mostly real estate with no debt, which is not most members’ situation. He has said publicly that his early-2022 sell-everything call was wrong on timing. Use the alerts to see his reasoning, then decide on your own, and expect the price you get to differ from his. 12
What alerts are: His trades (published after he acts)
Slippage: Expected (you will not get his price)
Member results: Not tracked (no data exists)
2022 call: Wrong (by his own admission)
What an alert is
A message to members that Kevin has bought or sold something, with his reasoning. It is published after he acts, to everyone at once. It is not a recommendation for any member, and video descriptions say so. 1
Why mirroring is a different trade
The price moves between his fill and your screen; in a thin stock, the alert itself can move it. His alerts sit on top of a personal balance sheet with no debt and a company that is 85% real estate, so a position that is small risk for him can be large risk for a member. And nobody tracks member outcomes; the company has no view into members’ brokerage accounts and publishes no aggregate results.
The record
He has been publicly wrong: the early-2022 call to sell rentals, stocks and crypto for cash, which he later retracted on timing. He has also been right, and the archive shows both. 2
How to use them
As a window into how one investor reasons in real time. Size and timing are yours. The index-first advice he gives on the channel applies to his own alerts too.
Read the alerts for the why, not the what. His price is gone by the time you see it, and nobody measures whether following him works. 12
Simply put
✅ What you get
➡️ A note when Kevin buys or sells and why.
✅ What you do not get
➡️ His price. His portfolio. Any tracking of whether members who copied him made money.
✅ What he got wrong
➡️ In early 2022 he called a recession and sold. He later said he was wrong.
