Short answer
The company does not track member outcomes and has no way to, since it cannot see members’ accounts. Any result shown in marketing is Kevin’s own or a member’s own statement, not an average. The company’s current sales pages have not been reviewed line by line for this library; the claim above is what the membership is described as selling. 1
What can be said now
No aggregate member results exist. The company sells education and Kevin’s own positions; it has no access to members’ brokerage or property records and publishes no success rate. Any figure in marketing is therefore an individual statement, Kevin’s or a member’s, and, under the FTC’s rule, showing it requires disclosing what a typical buyer can expect; a results-not-typical line does not cure the implication.
The marketing sells access to Kevin’s thinking, not a result, and the company’s own materials say so. No page on this site claims members earn any particular return. 1
Simply put
✅ What is claimed
➡️ Daily reports, alerts, livestreams and courses. Not a return.
✅ What to do
➡️ If a sales page ever promises a result, it is wrong, and the mirroring page explains why copying him is not the same trade.
