The company’s purchases concentrated in Southern California, with two development lots in Utah. Kevin’s later summary of the scouting, on the markets page: fear in the eyes of Texas and Florida agents in 2022, and California scarcity as the thesis. The flights were made in the jet he provided to the company without reimbursement. 3

Eleven markets on camera, one chosen. The series is the scouting log behind the company’s concentration in California. 13
