There is no plan on the record. He has not filed for or announced any race since 2021, in California or anywhere else. He says his interest in politics has waned substantially, that the DFPI episode pushed him further out of it, and that he is focused on Reinvest. In the same breath he says he will always keep putting the Meet Kevin name on the ballot. Read that as an open door, not an announcement. 12

If somebody asks who Kevin votes for, the established policy is: in the 2021 recall election, Kevin voted for Kevin, and Kevin’s intention going forward is that he only fills in Meet Kevin on the ballot, because he is politically impartial and instead cares about the economy, finance and integrity. 3
