Short answer

Specific, dated, public things. Whether the Reinvest Terminal shipped, targeted for November 2026. Whether the channel kept the daily volume Kevin resumed on August 21, 2026, visible in the subscriber and upload counts. Whether the company’s next Form 1-K shows revenue and income from operations above the 2026 half-year pace. Whether the bonds begin converting on January 1, 2027 under the valuation test. Whether any new lawsuit or regulatory matter appears in the filings. Whether this site’s Updates page shows corrections made and logged. 123

  • Terminal: Nov 2026 (targeted full release)

  • Channel: Daily volume (since August 21, 2026)

  • Bonds: Jan 1, 2027 (conversion eligibility begins)

  • This site: Updates page (corrections logged)

The company

The Reinvest Terminal was in beta in September 2026 with full release targeted for early November 2026, a date the company itself flags as one that could slip. Whether it ships, and whether a slip is explained rather than ignored, is the first check. 1

The next Form 1-K, due after the end of 2026, will show whether the second half kept the first half’s pace: $3.17 million of revenue and $539,484 of income from operations in six months. The next Form 1-SA follows for June 2027. Both are on EDGAR under CIK 1945278.

From January 1, 2027 the convertible bonds may convert at $1.40 if an independent valuation supports it. Whether that happens says something about what the company is worth to an outside appraiser. 3

Upload counts and subscriber numbers are public on any channel-statistics site. So is the archive, where the calls he makes this year will still be sitting next year.

This site

The Updates page logs every change to every page. A year from now it should show corrections, additions and, for the in-progress pages, the facts that were missing being filled in. If it shows nothing, that is an answer too.

Software, uploads, filings, bonds, lawsuits and this site’s own log. All of it is public, and none of it depends on taking anyone’s word. 123

Simply put

✅ Look up

  • ➡️ Did the Terminal ship in November 2026, or did the date slip and was the slip explained?

  • ➡️ Is Kevin still posting daily? The counts are public.

  • ➡️ Did the company's 2026 annual report beat its half-year pace?

  • ➡️ Did the bonds start converting in January 2027?

  • ➡️ Any new lawsuit in the filings?
