Short answer
The software side of the membership. The Reinvest Terminal is the company’s home and stock valuation tool, combining the Alpha Report with its models; it was in early beta in September 2026 with full release targeted for early November 2026, a date the company flags as forward-looking. ReinvestAI, at reinvest.co, is the earlier research assistant. The Reinvest app on iOS and Android delivers reports, alerts and livestreams. The Terminal
The company describes the Reinvest Terminal as proprietary home and stock valuation software, combining ReinvestAI and the Alpha Report, in early beta as of September 2026 with full release expected in early November 2026. The site labels that date forward-looking and says it may slip. The company’s stated purpose for it is to find undervalued real estate and undervalued stocks, the two things the company itself hunts for. 1

The app
The Reinvest app on the Apple and Android stores carries the daily Alpha Report, trade alerts, Bear Bull Scale updates and the private livestreams. The company also plans to redesign its web app. 1
Why it matters to investors
Software income is the company’s fastest-growing line, $1.77 million net in the first half of 2026 against nothing a year earlier, and the 2025 option plan’s valuation formula weights recurring revenue at 20 times. The Terminal is the product meant to grow that line. It is also the one item on this site colored for the future, because it is not finished. 2

The July 2025 current report says the board authorized higher research and development spending to launch the internal wedge-finder AI as a software product for agents, investors and consumers, with a beta possible in the fourth quarter of 2025 and a wider release hoped for in 2026, while reserving the right to modify the strategy and stating it had no visibility into whether the venture would be profitable. The June 2025 report shows $148,387 of R&D in the half. The January 2026 amendment to the option plan says full-scale licensing of the ReinvestAI platform began the week of November 24, 2025 and that subscription revenue had become a material component of operations. 8910

The company’s current offer, Reinvest One, is one lifetime subscription covering the courses, the Alpha membership products and the Reinvest Terminal. 11
