Reinvest, since November 1, 2025, when House Hack assumed the courses, membership, Alpha Report and software operations from The Paffrath Organization in a common-control transfer with no cash paid. Membership revenue appears in the company’s filings as software income and is recognized over the membership term, which is why the company’s cash and its reported revenue differ. 2
