Short answer

The name on September 27, 2025, and five weeks later the scope. House Hack, Inc. remains the legal entity; Reinvest is the operating name. On November 1, 2025 the company took over the Meet Kevin courses, Alpha Membership, Alpha Report and software from Kevin’s personal company with no cash paid, which added a second business line to what had been a real estate holding company. The thesis, buy below market with no debt, did not change; the customer proposition did, from investor-only to investor plus member. 12

  • Renamed: Sept 27, 2025 (legal entity unchanged)

  • Courses absorbed: Nov 1, 2025 (common-control transfer, no cash)

  • Real estate thesis: Unchanged (wedge, no debt)

  • New line: Memberships and software ($1.77M net, first half 2026)

The name

On September 27, 2025 the company began doing business as Reinvest. The legal entity, House Hack, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, did not change, nor did its filings, board, officers or ownership. 1

The scope

On November 1, 2025 the company assumed the Meet Kevin courses, the Alpha Membership, the Alpha Report and the related app and software from The Paffrath Organization, Kevin’s own company, in a common-control transfer with no cash consideration. The offering circular explains why: the products’ value depended on Kevin’s ongoing involvement, and once his personal company stopped operating them, their value to it fell, so they moved to the company where he is an employee. 1

The effect shows up immediately: $1.77 million of net software and membership income in the first half of 2026 against none a year earlier. 2

What did not change

The real estate model: distressed purchases below market, renovated by subcontractors, held with no mortgage, managed in house. The people and the control. The 2022 to 2024 shareholders’ economics, except that their company now owns a second business.

What the customer sees

Before: an investor in a real estate company that happened to be run by a YouTuber. After: a company that sells memberships and software to the YouTuber’s audience and owns real estate, with the founder’s involvement disclosed as the key dependency for both.

From the September 29, 2026 Q&A

Kevin’s account

House Hack was the original name because we only focused on wedge deals, below-market-value acquisitions. As we expanded to high-margin software and memberships, we asked ourselves, what do we want to do with the extra money? And we thought, well, naturally, reinvest. And thus the name was born. We were expanding away from housing as a sole source of revenue. The board of directors decided Reinvest was a more universal name. 3

Same company, same buildings, new name, and a media business moved inside. The rebrand was the small change; absorbing the courses was the big one. 12

Simply put

✅ What stayed

  • ➡️ The legal company. The 38 properties. The no-debt rule. The people.

✅ What changed

  • ➡️ The name. And the courses, reports and app now belong to the company instead of to Kevin personally.

✅ Why it matters

  • ➡️ The company now earns from members, not just tenants. Its value depends more on Kevin than before, and the filing says so.
