Short answer

The company has told the SEC where. Since the September 2025 rebrand the primary locations are reinvest.co (househack.com redirects there), the Meet Kevin YouTube channel, the course-member livestreams at meetkevin.com, Kevin’s X and Instagram accounts, and the Meet Kevin app; the Reinvest YouTube channel and X account are secondary. Before the rebrand the primary locations were househack.com and the HouseHack YouTube and X accounts. The filings say material notices may be posted there in lieu of other correspondence, and give ir@reinvestone.com and staff@reinvestone.com as the contact addresses. 12

  • Primary: reinvest.co, @MeetKevin, the livestreams, X, Instagram, the app (since September 27, 2025)

  • Secondary: Reinvest YouTube and X (may or may not be material)

  • Contact: ir@reinvestone.com, staff@reinvestone.com

Before the rebrand (July 2025 current report)

Primary: the HouseHack webpage, the HouseHack YouTube channel, and the HouseHack X account. Secondary, where the CEO sometimes mentions updates that may or may not be material: the Meet Kevin YouTube channel, the Meet Kevin Market Live channel, the Discord, and the course-member livestreams. 1

After the rebrand (October 2025 current report)

Primary: reinvest.co and househack.com, the Meet Kevin YouTube channel, the course-member livestreams at meetkevin.com, the Meet Kevin X posts, the Meet Kevin Instagram and stories, and the Meet Kevin app. Secondary: the Reinvest YouTube channel and the Reinvest X account. The report says bondholders, shareholders and prospective investors are encouraged to follow these accounts, as material communications may be posted there in lieu of other forms of correspondence. 2

What that means

The order flipped in September 2025: the founder’s personal accounts became the primary channel and the company-branded ones the secondary. It is convenient for the audience that already watches him, and it means the company’s official record and the founder’s content are the same feed.

The company’s official channel is, in effect, Kevin’s channel, and it has filed that fact with the SEC. Investors who only watch the Reinvest accounts may miss material news. 2

Simply put

✅ Where to look

  • ➡️ reinvest.co, and Kevin's YouTube, X, Instagram and the app. Those are the official ones.

  • ➡️ The Reinvest-branded YouTube and X accounts are secondary.

✅ Why it matters

  • ➡️ A material update can be a video on the Meet Kevin channel. The filing says so.
