Short answer
Reinvest is one corporation, House Hack, Inc., and the line around it is narrower than the Meet Kevin brand. Inside it: 38 rental and development properties, the Meet Kevin courses and Alpha membership since November 1, 2025, the Reinvest Terminal and ReinvestAI software, sponsorship income, and the 5% convertible bonds. Outside it: the Meet Kevin YouTube channel and its ad revenue (about $500,000 a year, to Kevin's separate company), the Pricing Power ETF (November 2022 to February 2025, issued by an unaffiliated fund sponsor), RoboHack and Kevin's other side ventures, the 2021 governor campaign, the jet, Kevin and Lauren's personal rentals, and the 2017 construction company. The company's balance sheet carries real estate, cash and Treasuries, and software; it carries no fund, campaign or aircraft. 123

Outside the company
What | Whose it is | Dates | Why it gets mixed up |
|---|---|---|---|
The Meet Kevin YouTube channel and its ad revenue, about $500,000 a year | Kevin's separate company | 2011 to today | The channel is where the company's updates are announced, so the two are read as one. |
The Meet Kevin Pricing Power ETF (ticker PP) | Issued by an unaffiliated fund sponsor; Kevin advised it | November 29, 2022 to February 2025 | The fund's closure is sometimes read as a sign about the company. The company's filings do not list a position in it. |
RoboHack, a venture capital manager | Kevin says it is his; its ownership is not confirmed in the public record | Investments by his account from 2023 | It shares the "Hack" name. It does not appear as a material item in the company's filings. |
The 2021 run for governor of California, and the 2023 DFPI order over its livestreams | Kevin personally | May to September 2021; order 2023 | The order is disclosed in the company's annual report because Kevin is its CEO, and is read as a company fine. |
The jet, N694PP | Kevin personally; provided to the company at no charge from January 2023 until sold on October 31, 2025 | December 2022 to October 2025 | Company travel on a private jet looks like a company jet. The company never owned or leased it. |
Kevin and Lauren's personal rentals, about 22 by 2021 | Kevin and Lauren personally | 2012 onward | Kevin's property videos predate the company. A separate page covers what stops him competing with it. |
MeetNDone, a construction company | Kevin personally; closed | 2017 to 2018 | It is cited as a company failure. The company did not exist until 2022. |
The Paffrath Organization, Inc. | Kevin's company. It ran the courses until November 1, 2025 and leased the office to House Hack at $6,000 a month from July 2023 to October 2025. | Ongoing | Course revenue before November 2025 was Kevin's, not the company's; since then it is the company's. |
Why the line matters
Nearly every misreading of the company comes from crossing this line in one direction or the other. The ETF's closure becomes a question about the company's solvency. A personal $5,000 state order becomes a company fine. Course revenue from 2023 gets counted as company revenue, or 2026 course revenue gets counted as Kevin's. The filings draw the line in one place: what House Hack, Inc. owns, owes and earns is on its balance sheet and income statement, and everything else is not. 14
Kevin's account
Asked in September 2026 about the entity names, Kevin listed the ventures that carry the "Hack" name and which of them are his rather than the company's. The excerpt is on the account page. 5
One corporation, with the real estate, the courses, the software and the bonds inside it. The channel, the ETF, the campaign, the plane and the side ventures were never company assets. 12
Simply put
✅ Inside Reinvest
➡️ The 38 properties, the courses and Alpha membership (since November 2025), the Terminal and AI software, and the bonds.
✅ Outside Reinvest
➡️ The YouTube channel and its ad money. That is Kevin's.
➡️ The old ETF, the governor run, the jet, his personal rentals, and his 2017 construction company.
✅ Why it matters
➡️ When the ETF closed, that was not the company. When Kevin paid a $5,000 state fine, that was not the company.
➡️ If it is not on the company's balance sheet, it is not the company's.
