Short answer

For Kevin personally, almost none now: since November 2025 the courses and memberships belong to Reinvest, and he draws a salary of about $300,000 from the company; his own outside income is YouTube advertising, around $500,000 a year, which flows through his separate S corporation. At the company, memberships and software brought in $1.77 million net in the first half of 2026 against $1.35 million of rent, so the course side is currently the larger revenue line. Before 2025, CNBC reported that most of his 2020 income was YouTube ads and affiliates rather than real estate. 123

  • His outside income: ~$500,000 (YouTube ads, per year)

  • His salary: ~$300,000 (from Reinvest)

  • Company, H1 2026: $1.77M vs $1.35M (memberships and software vs rent)

What is public

At Reinvest, the membership and software line ($1.77 million net for the first half of 2026) is now larger than rent ($1.35 million). Both belong to the company and its investors, not to Kevin personally. 1

For Kevin personally, the only verified data point is CNBC’s 2020 profile: most of that year’s income was YouTube advertising and affiliates, not real estate. His YouTube income flows through his own S corporation; his company stake has no market price. 2

What would complete this page

His own estimate of the mix for a recent year, and whether the company intends to break out membership revenue from software revenue in future filings.

Kevin’s account

Earnings from YouTube ad revenue are around $500,000 per year. Courses, memberships, rental revenue, all of that, as well as sponsorships, go into Reinvest. 3

The course money is the company’s now; his is a salary and the ad revenue. At the company level, memberships out-earn rent. 13
