Court dockets, election results, agency releases, and the company’s public filings

Home page: the asset figure is now labeled an estimated gross asset value, about $100 million, management's estimate before liabilities, and links to the numbers page where the filed figures and their dates are set out. Convertible bonds are stated at $38,612,004 gross ($37,965,232 net of offering costs) at June 30, 2026, replacing an incorrect $38,632,395.

Corrections applied after an outside editorial review (not a legal review): creditor-immunity language removed from the debt and investor-protection pages; audit claims narrowed to the financial statements under PCAOB standards; the DUI answer attributed to Kevin's account with no court record asserted; the Texas dispute reduced to its procedural status; the adviser page states the legal test rather than a conclusion; the option allocation, the office lease dates and the note-forgiveness figures made consistent across the compensation pages.

The SEC closure is described in the terms of the annual report, which states the company does not rely on it as validation or use it for marketing; the home page no longer displays it as a statistic. The FTX settlement is described as agreed in June 2023 and pending court approval as of April 2026.

Kevin's account citations now open the quoted excerpt on a dedicated page rather than the methodology page.

Corrections from Kevin: he no longer flies and the company travels commercially; the 2017 construction company took about $1 million of investment and lost over $300,000 by his August 2018 account; birthplace stated as Velbert near Düsseldorf with Wikipedia's Wuppertal noted; the Florida club was Weston Hills; the January 2022 sale is dated January 2022 on every page.

Read from EDGAR: the 2023 offering statement, the 2023 to 2025 semiannual reports, the three annual reports, the 2025 bond offering statement, the SEC's February 2025 comment letter and the responses, and the four current reports. Pages on the option plan, the bonds, the SEC reviews, the filings index and founder compensation were written or corrected from them.

Kevin's dictated answers applied, labeled as his account throughout.

Library published in draft with sources on every page.
