Short answer

It depends where you start. The Reinvest Money course and Stocks and the Psychology of Money begin at the beginning: index funds first, no debt, how to read a company, how to size a position. An investor who has been doing this for years will know a good share of that already, and the Reddit buyer who said so was right for that buyer. The deeper material is the real estate stack, finding below-market wedge deals, financing, DIY renovation and property management, plus the tax-strategy and sales courses, and the daily Alpha Report, trade alerts and private livestreams the courses now come bundled with. There are no refunds, so read the course list before you buy, and if you already know it, do not buy it. On price: the $500 in that thread was a dated, single-course price. The nine courses are no longer sold separately; they come inside one lifetime product, and the current price is on the pricing page, not hidden at checkout. 123

  • Courses: 9 (bundled, not sold separately)

  • Entry level: Beginner (the money and stocks courses)

  • Deeper material: Real estate, tax, sales (wedge deals, renovation, management)

  • Refunds: None (so check the course list first)

Who each course is for

  • The Reinvest Money course: beginner. Budgeting, index funds first, staying out of debt, the order of operations for a first investor.

  • Stocks and the Psychology of Money: beginner to intermediate. Reading a company, sizing a position, the mistakes that cost retail investors the most.

  • The Bear Bull Scale: intermediate. The framework behind the daily scale reading and how Kevin uses it.

  • $0 to Millionaire in Real Estate: intermediate. Finding below-market wedge deals, financing them, inspections and negotiation.

  • DIY Property Management and Rental Renovations: intermediate to advanced. Running rentals and renovations without a manager or a general contractor.

  • Trumponomics and Tax Strategies: intermediate. Entity choice, depreciation and write-offs, as general education rather than advice.

  • $0 to $500k in Sales: for agents and anyone who sells. Lead generation and negotiation from Kevin’s brokerage years.

  • Productivity and AI: all levels.

  • YouTube and Social Media: for creators. How the channel was built and run.

All nine come inside Reinvest One, with the daily Alpha Report, trade alerts, private livestreams and the Terminal. 1

The honest version of the Reddit review

“I already know everything in it” came from someone who bought a single stocks course after investing through 2020. For an experienced stock investor that is a fair read of the entry-level course, and this page will not argue with it. The courses were built for the YouTube audience, most of whom were starting out. What an experienced investor pays for today is not that course. It is the daily report, the alerts, the livestreams, the real estate and tax material, and the Terminal, in one bundle. If none of that is useful to you, the right move is not to buy. 3

On the $500

Courses used to be sold one at a time, and prices moved often with coupons and bundles, so the $500 in that thread was a dated single-course price. Since late 2025 the nine courses are not sold separately. They come inside Reinvest One at one lifetime price, shown on the pricing page before checkout, with payment plans through Affirm at checkout. Older buyers keep what they bought. 1

No refunds, so look first

Payments are final except where the law requires a refund, because the whole library downloads the moment you buy. The practical rule: read the course list and watch the free channel first. If you are unsure, the answer is no. 23

Beginner at the front, deeper in the real estate, tax and daily-research material. An experienced investor can fairly call the first course basic. No refunds, so check the course list first. The $500 was a dated single-course price; the nine courses now come in one lifetime bundle at the price on the pricing page. 123

Simply put

✅ Too basic?

  • ➡️ The money and stocks courses start at zero. If you have invested for years, you will know a lot of it.

✅ Where the depth is

  • ➡️ Real estate deals and renovation, tax strategy, sales, plus the daily report, alerts and livestreams.

✅ The $500

  • ➡️ A dated single-course price. Today it is one lifetime bundle with the price on the pricing page.

  • ⚠️ No refunds. Read the course list before you buy.
